A: Yes, you can mix and match any colours, sizes, and quantities, with or without stones. To order, select the size, stone option, colour, and quantity for each item, add it to your cart, and repeat for additional selections. Add as many items as you'd like before checking out.
How do I install Windsticks?
Q: How do I install Windsticks?
A: Install each wand by holding it near the base for stability and inserting it into the ground at the chosen angle. If solid or stony ground is encountered, creating a hole with a drill may be required. Installation typically starts from the centre using the tallest wands (3m), with shorter wands (2m) placed around them. The angle of any wand can be adjusted as needed by pulling it out and installing again.

A: Yes, we offer direct delivery with optional gift wrap and personalised card. You’ll get tracking updates via email and text for Owens Transport shipments at each stage. For Aramax courier, a clickable tracking link is provided.
Christmas orders include a sign so the parcel isn't opened before Christmas Day.
Can you courier Windsticks?

A: Usually not unless you're local.
- 2m Windsticks (non-rural) ship with Aramax Couriers, arriving in 1–3 days.
- 3m Windsticks and rural deliveries use Owens Transport/Mainfreight road freight from Christchurch; non-rural takes about 3 business days.
- Faster delivery to Wellington, Hamilton, or Auckland is available for ~$50 extra—contact me for details.
- Picking up at a Mainfreight depot may save shipping time, often ready in 1–2 days after dispatch.
Can I pick up?
Q: Can I pick up my order in Sydenham, Christchurch? How does it work?
A: Yes, just select 'pick up' when ordering on our website. You can pay by Visa, bank transfer, Paypal or cash at collection. Choose your preferred day and time; the full address will be provided after you order.
