2m Windsticks - Aramax (for non rural)
3m Windsticks and any rural freight - Owens Transport
Aramax Couriers can only take 2m Windsticks that they classify as non rural.
Owens Transport takes 3m Windsticks and all rural freight.
Aramax call some remote areas rural eg Takaha, Raglan, Lawerence, Waiheke Island as they hand the parcel on to Courier Post to deliver.

If you are ordering 2m only and your address is rural on this website it will have to go by Owens/Mainfreight
Owens - travel by road freight up state highway one and across the Cook Straight Ferry.
Non rural delivery is approximately 2-3 working days from the time it leaves me until it reaches you.
Owens/Mainfreight have a faster service to Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland which cost an additional $50 (approx).

Rural delivery can take approximately 4-11 days depending on your distance from the depot as some very remote areas the delivery truck only goes to once a week.
To get a faster delivery and save on rural delivery fees you are able to arrange collection from the closest Mainfreight depot.
You can select this during checkout.
Owens is part of the Mainfreight group and very professional.
Owens will phone the receiver before delivery which is why you need to supply the receivers phone number with your order.
The sender is updated by email and text with track and trace updates.
This is great if you are sending Windsticks directly to a loved one as you know exactly when the parcel is picked up and when it has been delivered.
I can even gift wrap it and write a card with your message to complete the suprise.

YES thats right we gift wrap the whole 2m or 3m length.

We can send your order directly to your loved one.
With a card inside with your message.
We make it easy if you are buying as a gift for a loved one.
We send your email address and cellphone automated track and trace updates as the parcel moves to the receiver.
You know when the parcel:
- has been packed.
- been picked up.
- left Owens Transport Christchurch branch.
- has arrived at the receivers local branch.
- goes out for delivery.
