About Me
My name is Kim Annan, and I have been passionate about photography for over 30 years.
I specialize in landscape and nature photography, capturing the beauty of natural scenery and wildlife.
While travelling frequently around New Zealand for work, I was inspired by the country’s natural beauty—especially its dramatic sunrises and sunsets, lakes and mountains —which motivated me to capture these moments through photography.
Through my photos, I aim to inspire others to travel, support conservation efforts, or explore photography themselves.

Photographers often revisit locations to capture the perfect shot under ideal weather and lighting conditions. But sometimes, luck delivers the magic instantly.
More often, it’s about being in the right place at the wrong time—or the right time in the wrong place.
