A Heavily fortified Agate with concentric lines and Parallax. The fortification is bold.
From Barossa, Mt Somers, Canterbury, New Zealand.
Parallax is a rare affect in Agates. It means "the apparent shift in position of the lines when seen from two different points". ie when you tilt the agate the lines appear to move.
This is a slice - so it has a perfectly flat back. Other than displaying you can also use it for using as a drinks coaster etc as it is perfectly flat
